Lorilee Schultz is a dedicated dairy farmer from Orangeville, Illinois, where she owns and operates Mil-R-Mor Farm, a 60-cow registered Holstein dairy. Taking over her grandparents' dairy farm, Lorilee has successfully managed the farm for over 15 years, modernizing operations and managing family transitions. She focuses on genetic advancement, soil fertility, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration as tools to be a responsible steward of the land. She participated in the Adopt-A-Cow program, reaching thousands of students to foster a deeper understanding of dairy farming. In 2023, Lorilee was elected chairperson of the National Young Cooperators (YC) Program, representing young dairy farmers to the National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) Board of Directors.

Lorilee's journey into agriculture was ignited by early experiences with youth organizations like 4-H and FFA. She graduated from Iowa State University with a double major in economics and agricultural business. Her commitment to sustainable farming practices and her role in the climate conversation make her a valuable contributor to discussions on sustainable agriculture and climate resilience.
