Fritz Troller is the CEO and Co-Founder of Therm Solutions, he is responsible for Therm's overall growth and leads a passionate team dedicated to decarbonizing the food supply chain. Under his leadership, Therm Solutions has developed award-winning, A-rated Refrigerant Carbon Credits™ that reduce emissions and help businesses adopt climate-friendly refrigerants. After a career as an executive with Fortune 500 Grainger, Fritz has been involved in 4 startup organizations. Prior to founding Therm, he was Executive Vice President and Board Member of the leading Commercial and Industrial Energy Services Co., Groom, selling the company to EDF in 2016. Fritz graduated from Miami University with a degree in Marketing. Fritz loves spending time with his family, especially his grandson. He's eager to teach him how to play paddle tennis, one of his other passions.
